Digital Art Formats

Electronic Download Format
Most items are able to be delivered electronically by either email or downloadable file using a password within 24 to 48 hours following purchase. Sometimes it is possible for the product to be made available sooner depending on the volume of orders.

Electronic Disc Format
Digital Art items purchased may be delivered using a CD or DVD method if chosen at time of purchase. In some cases, custom orders involving several purchases by the same individual may be compiled and distributed using this method, especially when a large number of items may have been purchased.

Print Format
Items ordered that require print formats may take up to 1 week to complete since each item is printed to order due to available options at time of ordering such as frame type, size and number of copies. As a result, the delivery times may vary.

Private Artist Formats

Items purchased that are through private artists, are subject to delivery from that individual artist. At time of purchase the buyer will receive a purchase confirmation and notification that the private artist has been made aware of the purchase and the need for the item(s) to be delivered to said buyer using the provided address information obtained during purchase. Private artist will then have up to 30 days to deliver the purchase artwork using a shipping method of their choice with the ability for tracking. Examples would be United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. This requirement helps protect both the buyer and seller in case of accidental loss. Insurance is optional by choice of the private artist, but delivery of the item is entirely up to shipper.

Private artist do not receive payment until confirmation of the item has been delivered to the required destination.

Any disputes requiring legal action will be arbitrated within Marion County, Florida.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for any digitally delivered items using email, by download or by CD/DVD. However, private artwork is able to be returned with a minimum of a 20% handling fee for costs associated with shipping and delivery for the item and must be given within 3 days after receipt of the item.
